This contract is for the total annual amount of your payment plan which will be charged to your credit card as you ordered and automatically renews until you cancel. Monthly or quarterly charges are processed on the last business day of the month for the upcoming period as they fall due. You will be notified 30 days in advance of your annual renewal date. All subscriptions renew annually and run till cancelled. Email and phone cancellations are not accepted. You cancel by notifying CanLaw in writing either by postal mail or fax prior to your renewal date.
