A US WAIVER GIVES YOU PERMISSION TO ENTER THE USA LEGALLY DESPITE YOUR CRIMINAL RECORD.

Illegal entry will result in your immediate arrest, detention and the probable confiscation of any and all property with you at that time, including your car or truck. This could even occur if you are caught at a border crossing while you think you are still in Canada, but are actually under US jurisdiction, and lie to the US immigration officials. They could include a lifetime ban from the USA. They can also seize your vehicle and any possessions with you.
