Be aware that BBBs are franchise operations sold to anyone with the cash to buy. The Toronto BBB was closed after the last two owners turned out to be theives, frauds and con artists. BBBs are vastly over rated. They do not actually verify that a business is reliable. They only report when a complaint is received against a business. Any business with the price of admission and one year's history can be a member.
