The governing body of the 14 Better Business Bureaus across Canada. Be aware that BBBs are franchise operations sold to anyone with the cash to buy. The Toronto BBB was closed due to ongoing improprieties during the tenures of the last two Toronto franchises. What does that telll you?
BBBs are vastly over rated. They do not actually verify that a business is reliable. They only report when a complaint is received against a business. Any business with the price of admission and one year's history can be a member.
